Commerce Futures 2015 HostsThis coming Thursday, 2nd July 2015, the Peoplevox lot are excited to be one of the five hosts of the Commerce Futures Multichannel event, alongside Rackspace, Redbox Digital, Magento, and Dotmailer. Held at the Haymarket Hotel in London, this intense morning event will be looking at, as you might have gathered, the future of multichannel business and how companies need to up their game if they want to beat their competitors.

Agenda

After an introduction from Sarah Hengeveld, the Commercial Director at Commerce Futures, the morning kicks off with a keynote address by the eCommerce Manager at Studio Moderna, Tytti Laakso. As a prime example of multichannel success, Laakso will discuss how Studio Moderna has progressed to where it is now.

At 9:45, we’ll then hear from representatives of Heal’s, Snow+Rock, Market Gravity, and our own fantastic client,
Blue Inc. The topics set to be discussed include; The customer journey – how do we assume more than we know; and Where the other channels play – is telesales the next channel for growth?

Commerce Futures 2015 speakers

Closing the event with another keynote speech will be Alastair Stirling, Industry Head of Retail at Google. It’s no secret that Google’s vast amounts of data has helped retailers to identify trends in shopper behaviour and Stirling will talk about how this can be pushed even further in the future for those retailers strong enough to accept the challenge.

If you’re planning to attend this event, drop us a tweet and let us know. Our founder Jonathan Bellwood and Sales Director Oliver Rhodes will be making the rounds and they’d love to get into a meaty discussion about the future of multichannel retailing and how warehouse management systems will play a part.

There is still time to register your place at the event and it is free for retailers.
Act quickly though because spaces are limited.
